The office staff manages the technicians’ routes based on the number of service calls received, allowing us to offer a speedy and efficient service. We respond within the same day or at most within 24 hours for requests in the Greater Montréal area.

Our receptionists will help you find the right parts to fix various minor problems you may have with your ice or slush machines. They will then ship them to you quickly. Our computerized system allows our customers to receive all their communications rapidly by email.
